Our pillows, sheets, and bedding accessories are all final sale and we cannot accept returns for these items. If the item is canceled before it is processed, we will issue a full refund. If the items have already shipped, we won't be able to cancel the order and it will be considered a final sale. Of course, if you experience any defects, you're still covered by any applicable product warranties.
We do not offer refunds or exchanges on mattress foundations or adjustable beds. Additionally, our mattress foundations and adjustable beds are all final sale. However, you can rest assured that they do not affect the comfort of the mattress, and they can be used with any other mattress you own. No, you can discard the box and all shipping materials once you’ve opened your mattress. But as part of our eco-friendly mission, we thank you in advance for recycling as much of the packaging as you can.
Though we offer returns, we don’t actually ask our customers to ship or return their Amerisleep mattresses to us. Instead, we coordinate a free professional pick up. Once the mattress has been picked up, we’ll issue your refund.
First, before opening the mattress box, check the sticker on the outside to make sure that the mattress is the correct size and firmness. If it’s not, do not open the mattress and contact our support team. We will help get you the right size. If you opened the mattress and it arrived as the wrong size, we ask that you sleep on the size you received first to make sure you find it comfortable. Once you are sure you like the firmness of the mattress, we will work with you to get the correct size.
