Shipping Information

Free shipping

We provide standard free curbside shipping to anywhere in the contiguous USA. This can save you hundreds of dollars in shipping charges alone! See the FAQs below for more information.

Mattresses

Mattresses ship as quickly as 1-7 business days (excluding major holidays) via FedEx with curbside delivery. Please refer to the exact product page for accurate shipping times. Once shipped, delivery takes up to 1-5 business days depending on your location.

Adjustable beds

Adjustable beds ship in 1-2 business days via Fedex curbside delivery. Delivery can take up to 1-5 business days.

For an additional fee, we can ship your adjustable bed plus via a professional freight company for in-home delivery. Under the in-home delivery option, your adjustable bed may take 1-5 business days to ship and up to 3 weeks to be delivered. Adjustable bed in-home deliveries are only available on weekdays.

Please note: The in-home delivery includes delivery to the room of choice and setup. The delivery agents will bring the base to your room and set it up at the preferred area. You will need to make sure the room of choice and setup area is cleared and ready for the delivery team. The freight agents will call to schedule a time for the delivery, usually between 8 a.m. and 5 p.m. Monday-Friday, and span a 4-hour period for the delivery window.

Accessories

Accessories (such as sheets, pillows, and protectors) usually ship within 3-5 business days of ordering via FedEx/UPS. Once shipped, delivery will take approximately 2-5 business days. Accessories ship separately from your mattresses and/or adjustable beds.

Outside the continental United States?

We do not offer direct shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, Canada, Mexico, or anywhere else in the world. For orders outside of the lower 48 states, customers will need to find and coordinate with a freight forwarder. While we are unable to recommend a freight forwarder, we can ship orders to any freight forwarder operating within the continental USA. From that point though, all shipping arrangements and costs would be handled by the customer.

Amerisleep does not ship to APO addresses. Free shipping only applies to orders within the continental United States.

Shipping FAQs

How do I track the status of my order?

You can use the “Track Your Order” System to quickly access your order status by providing your order ID and the corresponding email attached to your order.

You can sign in to your account anytime to check the status of your order. As an alternative, you may contact our friendly and responsive customer service team with any questions by phone at (800) 500-4233, or by email at cs@amerisleep.com.

Will my order arrive all at once or in separate packages or shipments?

Typically, an order will arrive in 2-3 shipments with accessories being the first to arrive followed by mattresses and finally adjustable beds.

Will I have to sign for my packages?

Accessories, mattresses, and bases typically do not require a signature for delivery. Adjustable bases shipped via in-home delivery service require a signature upon delivery.

What is "curbside" delivery?

Our adjustable beds are shipped with a professional freight carrier. In both instances, the delivery companies will bring the package to the curbside of your home (typically the nearest front door) unless you've ordered White Glove Delivery.

Do you offer to haul away old mattresses?

For the most part, we do not offer a haul away service for old mattresses. The only exception is for California residents. As part of our participation in California AB-187, customers in California are eligible for a free pickup of their old mattress within 30 days after they've received their Amerisleep mattress. For scheduling, please call 1-800-500-4233. However, used mattresses that are contaminated or a health and safety risk are not eligible for haul away service.
