Twin

Dimensions: 38 inches wide by 75 inches long
If you have a bedroom or studio apartment with limited floor space, the best way to maximize space efficiency might be a twin size mattress. The size isn’t reserved for children, after all. You can even pair it with a lofted bed frame or a set of bunk beds to make the most of an area.

Twin XL
