Yes, a hybrid mattress can relieve back pain though its mix of supportive coils and pressure-relieving foam. We arrange the pocketed steel coils in our hybrids for targeted back support, while our Bio-Pur® foam conforms to the back muscles for pressure and pain relief.

• Babies 4 months to 1-year-old need 12 to 16 hours of sleep
