The LatexLuxe Pillow comes with a 5-year warranty. We may replace or repair the pillow if it is defective due to faulty workmanship or materials. These include physical flaws in the product that cause the material to split or crack despite normal usage and proper handling and abnormal deterioration of the foam core cell structure that causes the product to not return to its basic shape. This warranty does not cover the pillow for normal wear and tear, or a normal increase in softness of the core material which does not affect the adaptive qualities of the pillow.
