The Amerisleep Adjustable Bed comes with free shipping within the continental US. This adjustable bed base can take up to seven days to ship. Once it leaves our facility, it will arrive between seven to ten business days. Your adjustable bed base is delivered curbside via our professional team of semi freight haulers.
Please note: All our products ship separately, so if you’ve ordered a mattress, pillow, sheets, or any other sleep accessories to go with your Amerisleep Adjustable Bed, they may arrive sooner or later than your adjustable base. But don’t worry, shipping is always free.
We back our Amerisleep Adjustable Bed with a 10-year warranty so you can rest assured that your investment is protected.
Our 10-year warranty breaks down into two parts:
The 1st and 2nd years of the warranty covers all parts. During this period, we will replace any defective mechanical or electrical parts, but the costs of labor and transportation are not covered.
In years 3 through 10, we provide limited prorated coverage of the metal frame itself. However, this does not include coverage for the frame’s cover, side rails, platform legs, motors, remote controls, or any power cords.
Should you encounter any issues with your adjustable base, just give us a call and we’ll work with you to find a resolution.
No, any sheets that properly fit your mattress on a flat base will also work with an adjustable base.
Yes! It’s quick and easy to assemble since no tools are needed. The only caveat is that the adjustable bed is heavy.
We encourage you to make sure you have at least one friend or family member available to help you carry and set up your adjustable bed.
Yes, our adjustable bed’s zero-clearance design allows it to work on both slatted and platform beds, as well as most other bed frames. It can even be set directly on the floor if you do not have a bed frame at home.
Adjustable beds offer enhanced comfort by allowing you to change the elevation of your upper and lower body. Raising your feet and legs relieves pressure on your lower back and joints and assists with blood circulation. Raising your upper body provides more support if you read or watch TV from bed. Plus sleeping with your upper body raised can also offer relief for certain health conditions.
We do not recommend placing more than 700 pounds on the adjustable base — including the weight of your mattress.
Our Amerisleep Adjustable Bed does not come with a sleep trial and is nonrefundable, but it is backed by a 10-year warranty. The warranty is split in 3 parts:
Year 1: The warranty covers all parts and labor. Should you experience issues with any adjustable base part, we will repair or replace it and cover all service and transportation costs.
Year 2: The warranty covers all defective mechanical or electrical parts, but the costs of labor and transportation are not covered.
