Our eco-friendly Bio-Pur® material doesn’t trap heat because of its advanced open-cell structure. We also added cooling channels and a breathable cover to wick away even more warm air.
Most other pillows are either hard and heavy or light and flimsy. But thanks to the open-cell design of our Bio-Pur® material, the Comfort Classic Pillow delivers lightweight and responsive support.
The Comfort Classic Pillow is six inches deep (also known as the pillow’s “loft”). Since we use our soft and supportive Bio-Pur® material, it’s the perfect height to elevate your comfort.
We are excited to offer shipping to our Canadian customers! Our mattresses and accessories are shipped via FedEx and typically take two to three weeks to arrive. Additional customs duties and taxes may apply.
Please note: All our products ship separately, so if you’ve ordered a foundation, base, sheets, or any other sleep accessories to go with your new mattress, they may arrive sooner or later than your Amerisleep mattress.
The Comfort Classic Pillow comes with a 10-year warranty. We may replace or repair the pillow if it is defective due to faulty workmanship or materials. These include physical flaws in the product that cause the material to split or crack despite normal usage and proper handling and abnormal deterioration of the foam core cell structure that causes the product to not return to its basic shape. This warranty does not cover the pillow for normal wear and tear, or a normal increase in softness of the core material which does not affect the adaptive qualities of the pillow.
The Bio-Pur® material in our Comfort Classic Pillow is naturally hypoallergenic and resistant to bacterial growth and dust mites. We recommend you clean it once or twice per year, and immediately after any spills.
Cleaning the pillow cover
Step 1: Remove your pillowcase and pillow protector (if you use them).
Step 2: Using the zipper on the side of the pillow, unzip and remove the cover.
Step 3: Turn the cover inside out and wash it in cold water with mild liquid detergent on a
gentle cycle.
Step 4: Lay the cover flat and let it dry completely before placing it back on the pillow
core.
Cleaning the Bio-Pur® core
Step 1: Sprinkle the pillow core with baking soda and let it sit for at least one hour.
Step 2: Vacuum the baking soda away using the upholstery brush attachment on your vacuum.
Step 3: (If necessary) Mix a small amount of gentle detergent in a bowl of lukewarm water. Dip a clean white cloth into the solution and gently rub from the outside of the stain to the center.
Step 4: Allow the pillow core to dry completely before replacing the cover.
Side and back sleepers find loftier pillows most comfortable, while stomach sleepers are better suited for a thinner, almost flat pillow. Side and back sleepers need thicker pillows to fill the gap between the neck and shoulders; usually, these pillows are anywhere from three to six inches thick. Stomach sleepers are most comfortable on flatter pillows because they keep the neck in line with the rest of the spine, rather than craning it upwards. Some stomach sleepers even choose to sleep without a pillow, as even flat pillows can mess up a stomach sleeper’s alignment.
We use common dimensions for both our Queen/Standard and King pillow sizes. That means most pillowcases should fit our pillows. But to be certain, you should compare the size of the pillowcase to the size of our pillows (listed above).
Our Amerisleep Pillows do not qualify for the 100-night sleep trial and are final sale items. All pillows come with free shipping and a 10-year warranty, but they are not eligible for exchanges or returns.
